Warehouse & Co have been producing authentic, high quality garments since 1995, continuing with their standard aesthetic and development of iconic, classic pieces that have served them so well for 25 years.
The Lot. 2217 from Warehouse & Co is a new offering for this Autumn/Winter season. This style is based on a highly collectable piece supplied to the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) a civilian contingent of the military forces, created as part of F D Roosevelt’s ‘New Deal’ in 1933 aimed at elevating unemployment during the great depression.
This jacket combines elements of design from both the A-1 style jacket & Mackinaw Jacket, using the short, boxy shawl collar design from the A-1 and the Buffalo Check that is so synonymous with the Mackinaw. Made in Japan to the brands exacting standards, the Lot. 2217 uses a wool yarn dyed check and original nut buttons. Two pockets with button closure have been paired with button cuff adjusters and shawl collar. Complete with unique 1930’s style woven elasticated waistband.
